Before Case Study

• Main Complaint of Severe low back pain which was causing pain and numbness/tingling radiating to lower extremities worse on the left. 5 years duration of pain with intermittent worsening of symptoms. • Post Micro-discotomy surgery with continued pain post surgery • Current MRI shows Disc bulge›s at L3/L4,L4/L5/& L5/S1 which patient was recommended further surgery for but refused • Standing limited and walking very limited

Complete resolution of Radicular pain

After Case Study

• Patient was reasonably compliant with care and completed 12 week course in 18 weeks. At home recommendations were followed daily.• Almost Complete resolution of symptoms holding steady at 6 month follow up • Other health factors: Now able to get himself out of bed, able to sleep well now, able to walk 7 kilometers for exercise. Very rarely has pain now. 10 hour sleep at night.

• Main Complaint of Severe low back pain bilaterally which was radiating to lower extremities bilaterally. 10 years duration of pain with intermittent worsening of symptoms. After last delivery 7 months ago has been progressively worse.• Past MRI 2007 shows mild L4/L5/& L5/S1 prolapse impinging nerve roots at same level• Past Chiropractic & physical therapy & osteopathic care was beneficial for <24 hours• Standing limited to 5 minutes maximum & walking very limited

• Patient was reasonably compliant with care and completed 12 week course in 18 weeks. At home recommendations were followed at least 2x per week.• Almost Complete resolution of symptoms holding steady at 2 month follow up• Other health factors; Sleeping vastly improved without waking up in pain or waking up due to pain is now able to sleep solid 8-7 hours. Able to return to work.

• Main Complaint of Severe low back pain bilaterally which was radiating to lower extremities bilaterally. 8 year duration of pain with symptoms coming on slowly after football. No weakness / No Valsalva’s. Less pain in the morning. No Sensation loss. Normal reflexes• Traditional treatment with burning. Tried creams and analgesics. Limited Physiotherapy• Neck Pain is affecting quality of work and always present and nagging w 10/5 pain• Sitting limited to 10 mins before having to stand up
